MTV EXIT and Simple Plan: This Song Saved My Life

MTV EXIT and Simple Plan, in partnership with USAID and Walk Free, have produced a music video for the band’s track “This Song Saved My Life” to highlight the dangers and impact of human trafficking. The track, from the album “Get Your Heart On!” features lyrics crowd sourced from Simple Plan’s devoted fans on Twitter.

 

Directed by Ash Boland and produced by 18 Feet & Rising in Sydney, the music video launched globally on November 2nd, 2012.

Simple Plan: The Official Story

Snart är det dags för Simple Plan att släppa sin efterlängtade bok Simple Plan: The Official Story! Denna bok kommer innehålla mycket! - Det har sagts att den kommer vara över 300 sidor lång, innehålla hundratals bilder från 1999 tills idag och alla backstage pass, handskrivna brev, brev från fans och mycket mer som samlats sedan 10 år tillbaka!
 
I mars 2012 berättade Chuck att de jobbar med en fotobok, på över 250 sidor, och att de har tagit bilder på precis ALLTING sedan Simple Plan startade och att de har över 30.000 bilder.
Den 26:e oktober skrev Chuck på sin twitter: "It's the most ambitious & amazing project i've ever worked on and i'm so proud of it! Every SP fan needs to own this!"
Den 28:e oktober skrev han: "Believe it or not, i'm in my hotel working on the english version of making sure it's perfect for you guys!"
 
Boken kommer att släppas den 6:e november på Franska och den 15:e november på Engelska. Så gå in HÄR och förbeställ den redan idag!

Without musicians like Simple Plan we would lack so much. Music makes us feel.
Music is such an important part of our lives, never forget that and aways keep music close to your hearts!

Just a few days ago the special exhibit "Musik: Sound To Emotion" / "Musik: du son à l'émotion" opened at the Montreal Science Center in collaboration with Simple Plan! The guys recently sat down to discuss (in French and English) how they connect music and emotions, take a look!

Chuck Comeau, a serious man

När Chuck nådde 100k followers på twitter så lovade han att han skulle lägga upp en video, and here it is!

Well it was about time! The wait is over and my 100K followers video is ready for your viewing pleasure. This epic video adventure was filmed across 5 locations, required the use of over 25 actors and extras, 3 script rewrites and was masterfully directed by the phenomonal director, Mr Good Guy himself, Chady! That explains why it's over 2 months late...You can't rush comedic genius ;-)

 

I'm sorry for making you all wait that long and i hope you will enjoy this little movie and that it will put a smile on your face and make you laugh.

 

On a more serious note, i'm absolutely blown away that i have reached this amazing milestone. I'm so grateful to all the SP fans who care about this band and support us. It's a true pleasure to read your tweets and talk to you everyday. Thanks for inspiring us and being the reason why we love playing music and being in this band.

Sorry about the absence!

Förlåt att jag inte skrivit på så länge! Jag har verkligen haft fullt upp med mina studier nu (denna termin skriver jag min c-uppsats!), men jag ska absolut försöka skärpa mig!
